Application of anti-corrosion fiberglass in the metal surface treatment industry: The acids used in metal surface treatment are mostly hydrochloric acid, and there are basically no issues using fiberglass. 2. Application of anti-corrosion fiberglass storage tanks in the high-purity water and food sectors: The excellent corrosion resistance of fiberglass means that this material has active and non-polluting characteristics, making it a suitable material for storing highly clean items such as high-purity water, pharmaceuticals, and milk. 3. Since then, fiberglass has gradually been used in various piping systems, gas blower mobility, heat exchanger shells, brine tanks, as well as in pumps, pools, floors, wall panels, grates, handles, railings, and other structural components. At the same time, fiberglass has also begun to enter various fields of the chemical industry. 4. Applications of anti-corrosion fiberglass materials in environmental protection include general industrial waste gas treatment, oil-water treatment, and urban wastewater deodorization treatment. 6. Application of anti-corrosion fiberglass pipelines in seawater desalination: Since seawater easily corrodes iron materials, most of the pipelines and containers in desalination plants use fiberglass pipelines. 7. Application of anti-corrosion fiberglass storage tanks and pipelines in the pharmaceutical industry: There are many types of pharmaceuticals, each with its own raw materials, and fiberglass can well meet the anti-corrosion requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

1、防腐蚀玻璃钢在金属表面处理工业中的应用

金属表面处理所使用的酸,大多为盐酸,基本上用玻璃钢是没有问题的。

2、防腐蚀玻璃钢储罐在高纯水和食品领域的应用

玻璃钢优良的耐蚀性能意味着这种材料具有活泼、不污染的特性能理所当然地成为高度清洁物品,如贮存高纯水、药品、牛奶之类的可选用材料。

氯碱工业是玻璃钢作为耐腐蚀材料的最早应用领域之一,目前玻璃钢已成为氯碱工业主要材料。早在本世纪50年代初期,玻璃钢首先被用于收集热(93℃)、湿氯气以及来自墨电极有机物质。之后玻璃钢又被用于取代混凝土电解槽盖,解决了腐蚀后的混凝土碎沫落入电解槽的问题。从此,玻璃钢被逐步用于各种管道系统、气体鼓风机动性、热交换器外壳、盐水箱以至于泵、池、地坪、墙板、格栅、把手、栏杆等建筑结构件上。同时,玻璃钢也开始进入化工行业的各个领域。

4、防腐蚀玻璃钢储罐、管道在造纸工业中的应用

造纸工业以木材为原料,制纸过程中需要酸、盐、漂白剂等,对金属有极强的腐蚀作用,玻璃钢材料能抵抗菌素这类恶劣环境

5、防腐蚀玻璃钢在环保行业广泛应用

环保行业中,防腐蚀玻璃钢在给排水管道工程中已得到了广泛的应用最近几年,越来越多的废水的耐蚀介质的种类和腐蚀性能都在不断的增加,这就要求使用耐蚀性能更好的材料,而耐腐蚀玻璃钢是满足这种需求的好材料

防腐玻璃钢材料在环境保护方面应用包括一般工业废气处理、油水处理及城市废水脱臭处理等。

6、防腐蚀玻璃钢管道海水淡化中的应用

由于海水十分容易侵蚀铁质材料,故淡化厂内大部分的管道及容器均使用玻璃钢管道。

药品种类繁多,每种原料有所有同,玻璃钢在医药工业能很好的满足防腐要求。
