Preparation Work
(1) Carefully read the design documents, paying attention to key issues such as the selection of molds, dimensions of various parts, selection of raw materials, and layer design, so that you are well-informed.
(2) Facility debugging. First, carefully check whether the facility operation and office areas are normal, especially check whether the resin-hardener dual-component pump has any congestion and whether the mixing ratio meets design requirements; ensure the stable operation and precision of demolding, winding, lining, and trimming facilities.
(3) Wrap with polyester film. To facilitate demolding, a layer of polyester film should be wrapped around the surface of the mold, with an overlap width of 1-2 cm and a thickness of 40um. The film should be undamaged, without wrinkles, and smooth on both sides.
(4) Clean the mold. The mold surface should be free of pits, debris, dust, and other attachments, and the mold should be smooth. The fiberglass manufacturer recommends repairing and protecting any issues as soon as possible.
2. Strengthening the formation of the top and bottom heads. The heads are divided into an inner lining layer and a structural layer based on their structure.
(1) The forming process and raw materials for the inner lining layer of the head are the same as those for the inner lining of the cylinder. The FRP tank price uses a spray gun for forming, with a high content of natural resin. The inner lining layer of the head is laid and deeply cured.
(2) Lay the structural layer of the head, alternating between spraying the fabric and glass cloth with a spray gun. During the laying of each single layer of glass cloth, reasonable tension should be applied, with appropriate overlap between them, and repeatedly rolled with a combination roller to ensure thorough fiber impregnation. Each layer of reinforcing material should meet the design resin content requirements.
(3) Process inspection, deep curing, and demolding.
3. Inner lining forming of the cylinder. The inner lining is further divided into an inner lining layer and a transition layer, mainly serving the purpose of corrosion resistance and seepage prevention.
