Fiberglass sandwiched pipes are broken using mechanical methods such as manual handheld cutting machines. Measure the required length of the fiberglass sandwiched pipe from the branch pipe gradually, measure the length forward, draw a line along the edge of the pipe, and use a handheld cutting machine for laser cutting along the line, ensuring the laser cut is neat.
For cracked pipes, use our company's specialized electric heater and rubber ring for sealing. The sealing ring and the pipe end must be well sealed at the connection point, with no gaps. Use an oil-based marker to mark the power socket and the insertion depth on the two pipes to be connected. The markings must be clear and visible. Before scraping the oxidation layer from the inner surface of the pipe seat, use a clean cotton towel or cloth to remove any stains from the pipe surface.
Use a manual scraper or mechanical scraper to remove the welding surface at the marked points and clean the oxidation layer from the surface; when scraping the pipe, ensure to scrape evenly around the pipe without missing any spots; at the inspection and supervision marking points, the brush coating length should exceed 2-5mm.
Since the inner cavity of the pipe fittings is covered with a copper core wire, it is generally recommended to scrape by hand. If using an electric grinder to grind large diameter pipe fittings, only use soft grinding equipment to grind gently.
