Glass fiber reinforced sand pipeWhat are the dimensions and uses?

Glass fiber reinforced sand pipeCan be customized with a diameter of DN300-4000, with a maximum single length of 12 meters, usually used in the following fields:

1. Chemical medium transmission

2. Pressure pipelines for small hydropower stations and circulating water pipelines for power plants

3. Sewage collection and pipelines

4. Drinking water transmission pipelines and drainage pipes

5. Heat pipes, seawater pipelines

6. Agricultural irrigation pipelines

7. Glass fiber reinforced installations (ventilation and air conditioning, chimneys, detergents, etc.) and their pipelines.

8. Various process halls (chemical processes, papermaking processes, sewage treatment processes, seawater desalination processes, food and beverage processing processes, etc.)

Glass fiber reinforced sand pipeThe product has the following characteristics

Corrosion resistance: Strong corrosion resistance, capable of transporting corrosive media and sewage.

Good water delivery performance: Made of food-grade resin, excellent water quality, odorless, no dirt during long-term use, and no microorganisms under light-shielding conditions.

Smooth inner wall: Low hydraulic friction coefficient, long-term stability, and significant energy-saving effects.

Good cold resistance: Will not freeze when water freezes.

Good thermal insulation: Glass fiber reinforced materials are non-conductive.

Glass winding is a glass fiber reinforced pipe made with resin as the base, glass fiber as the reinforcing material, and quartz sand as the filler. With excellent corrosion resistance, hydraulic performance, lightweight, transport flow, quick installation, and shortened construction period, it has become a suitable choice for the chemical industry, drainage projects, and pipeline engineering.

Features

High strength: Strong load-bearing capacity, glass fiber reinforced sand pipes can be used for direct sales under traffic lanes.

Corrosion resistance: Custom-designed glass fiber reinforced sand pipes can resist the erosion of many chemical fluids such as acids, alkalis, salts, untreated sewage, corrosive soils, and groundwater, with a lifespan longer than existing pipelines.

Flame retardant, good heat and cold resistance: Can be used at temperatures from -40 to 80 degrees.

Excellent design, wide applicability. Material selection, bending angles, and packaging designs can be changed to meet different requirements for working pressure, media, depth, etc., thus producing glass pipes with different pressure levels and special properties.

Anti-pollution, non-toxic: The smooth inner wall has no dirt and does not produce algae or other microorganisms, ensuring no secondary pollution of water quality. Pipelines made from food-grade resin can be used to transport drinking water.

Few joints, good sealing: The typical length of a single glass fiber reinforced pipe is 12 meters, connected using double "O" ring sockets, with each interface tested for pressure, ensuring reliable sealing.

Glass fiber reinforced sand pipeLightweight, easy to transport and handle, high installation efficiency, and low cost.

The main forming process of glass fiber reinforced pipes: Controlled by a computer, the inner lining is made according to the program specified by the core mold (the same as the inner lining production process of fiber-wound glass fiber reinforced pipes), with gel winding the structural layer in the designed line shape and thickness. A mixture of quartz sand and resin is wrapped around the structural layer.
