Installation Requirements for FRP Pipes
Release time:
2021/07/21
1. Before installation, the pipeline should verify the equipment pipe openings, embedded parts, reserved holes, steel structures, and other related aspects of pipeline installation. 2. The slope of the pipeline should be adjusted according to the requirements in the drawings. The adjustment method can utilize supports to achieve the required slope, and welds should be placed in locations that are convenient for maintenance and inspection. 3. For pipelines connected to drive equipment, the interior should be cleaned before installation. The welded fixed pipe openings should generally be located away from the equipment to avoid stress from welding affecting the installation accuracy of the drive equipment. 4. Before connecting the pipeline to the machine, prevent strong opposing forces, and check the parallelism and coaxiality of the flanges in a free state. 5. Safety valves should be installed vertically, and during trial operation, the safety valves should be adjusted in a timely manner. The final adjustment of the safety valves should be performed on the system, and the opening and reseat pressures must comply with the specifications in the design documents. 6. Before installing valves, verify their model according to the design documents and determine their installation direction based on the flow direction of the medium. When the valve is connected to the pipeline via flanges or threads, it should be installed in the closed position; if installed by welding, the valve must not be closed. 7. Temporary replacement of instrument components: All instrument components should be temporarily replaced during installation, and after pressure testing, flushing, and blowing operations are completed, they should be formally installed before material input.
1. Before installation, the pipeline should verify the equipment pipe openings, embedded parts, reserved holes, steel structures, and other related content for pipeline installation.
2. The slope of the pipeline should be adjusted according to the requirements of the drawings. The adjustment method can utilize supports to achieve the slope requirements, and the welds should be placed in locations that are convenient for maintenance and observation.
3. The internal surfaces of the pipeline connected to the drive equipment should be cleaned before installation. The welded fixed pipe openings should generally be away from the equipment to avoid the impact of welding stress on the installation accuracy of the drive equipment.
4. Before connecting the pipeline to the machine, prevent strong opposing forces and check the parallelism and coaxiality of the flanges in a free state.
5. Safety valves should be installed vertically, and during trial operation, the safety valves should be calibrated in a timely manner. The final calibration of the safety valves should be done on the system, and the opening and reseat pressures should comply with the specifications in the design documents.
6. Before installing the valves, verify their models according to the design documents and determine their installation direction based on the medium flow direction. When the valve is connected to the pipeline by flanges or threads, it should be installed in the closed state; if installed by welding, the valve must not be closed.
7. Temporary replacement of instrument components: All instrument components should be replaced with temporary components during installation, and after pressure testing, flushing, and blowing work are completed, the official installation should be done before material input.
