The fiberglass chimney is made of fiberglass material, featuring low cost, short production cycle, long lifespan, easy processing, simple installation, lightweight, high strength, excellent aging resistance, and good corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Its inner and outer surfaces are smooth due to the use of fiberglass, making it easy to add devices such as sprinklers and filters to absorb harmful components in the flue gas.
The main body of the fiberglass chimney is made using a winding process, and the fiberglass products formed by winding consist of a laminated structure. Due to the relatively large length of the fiberglass chimney, a complete set of mature and reliable production and installation processes has been developed to ensure the installation accuracy of the chimney (especially verticality). Additionally, the diameter and height of the fiberglass chimney can be designed according to customer requirements.
The cost and factory price of fiberglass chimneys are lower than those of other types of chimneys, and they have a long service life. They are highly customizable and can be designed specifically according to different usage conditions, including the selection of raw materials, determination of manufacturing processes, and installation methods. Furthermore, the installation of fiberglass chimneys is convenient, requiring basically no scaffolding at the construction site, resulting in a short construction period and avoiding the issue of internal anti-corrosion treatment, thus reducing construction difficulty.
