Issues to pay attention to during the debugging phase of fiberglass water tanks.

Release time:

Fiberglass water tanks have now gradually been widely used. So how should we carry out the debugging work when installing fiberglass water tanks? Here is a detailed sharing: Before installing the fiberglass water tank, first check whether the surface of the concrete foundation is level. Then, according to the size of the tank's bottom plate, weld and assemble the pre-cut channel steel. After that, start assembling the tank panels, placing sealing strips between the tank panels, and connecting them with bolts. First, assemble the bottom plate and lay it flat on the channel steel base, then connect the side panels to the bottom. Once the connections are complete, begin installing the tension rods, starting at the cross junctions of the four side panels.

Fiberglass water tanks have now gradually been widely used. So how should we carry out the debugging work when installing fiberglass water tanks? Here is a detailed sharing for everyone:

Before installing the fiberglass water tank, first check whether the surface of the concrete foundation of the tank is level. Then, according to the size of the tank bottom plate, weld and assemble the pre-cut channel steel. Next, start assembling the tank panels, placing sealing strips between the panels, and connecting them with bolts. First, assemble the bottom plate and lay it flat on the channel steel base, then connect the side panels to the bottom. After the connections are completed, start installing the tension rods. First, install the tension rod plates at the cross junctions of the four side panels. Drill holes at the corners of the four panels, use four threaded rods to pass through the inner and outer tension rod plates, and clamp the four panels tightly. A rubber pad should be placed between the rods and the panels for sealing. The ends of the tension rods with threads should be passed through the middle holes of the tension rod plates, and nuts should be used to tighten the two inner tension rod plates. The fiberglass manufacturer states that the tank also has special leak-proof components, which are mainly used to seal the diamond-shaped holes at the junctions of the bottom plate and the four side panels, as well as the diamond-shaped voids at the junctions of the corners of the side panels, tightening from the outside and passing through from the inside.
