Currently, fiberglass pipes have been widely used in industries such as petroleum, electricity, chemical engineering, papermaking, urban water supply and drainage, factory wastewater treatment, seawater desalination, and gas transmission. Here are some excellent characteristics of fiberglass pipes:

1. Good aging resistance and heat resistance. Fiberglass pipes can be used for a long time within the temperature range of -40℃ to70℃, and those made with special high-temperature resistant resin can work normally at temperatures above200℃.

2. Good corrosion resistance. Since the main raw materials of fiberglass are unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber, they can effectively resist the corrosion of acids, alkalis, salts, and other media, as well as untreated domestic sewage, corrosive soil, chemical wastewater, and many chemical liquids, maintaining safe operation for a long time under normal conditions.

3. Good frost resistance. Below -20℃, the pipes will not crack due to freezing after ice forms inside.

6、可设计性好。可以灵活地设计出各种结构产品,来满足使用要求,可以使产品有很好的整体性。

7、电热绝缘性好。玻璃钢是非导体,管道的电绝缘性特优,绝缘电阻在1012-1015Ω.cm,最适应使用于输电,电信线路密集区和多雷区玻璃钢的传热系数很小,只有0.23,是钢的千分之五,管道的保温性能优异。

8、摩擦阻力小输送能力高。玻璃钢管内壁非常光滑,糙率和摩阻力很小。糙率系数为0.0084,而混凝土管的n值为0.014,铸铁管为0.013
